As the Office Coordinator for Game Changers, you’ll be the heartbeat of our operations. You’ll manage details, keep events and programs on track, and make sure everyone — from volunteers to community partners — has a great experience. This is your opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing, and nonprofit operations while directly impacting lives.
What You’ll Be Doing

???? Track & Organize – Manage donations, update our CRM & QuickBooks.

???? Master the Calendar – Schedule calls, meetings, and appointments.

???? Make Events Happen – Assist with setup, tear-down, and logistics.

???? Spread the Word – Help with social media and marketing.

???? Keep Us On Point – File, organize, and keep our spaces ready for action.

???? Stay Connected – Communicate with volunteers, vendors, and team members.
What We’re Looking For

Friendly, people-first personality

Customer service experience (preferred)

Strong organizational skills

Comfortable with flexible schedules (occasional weekends/travel)
