Executive Coach, Game Changers

Michael_EngramMichael Engram is a 96’ graduate of Warren G. Harding High School. After graduation, Michael took the opportunity to further his academic career at Sawyer School for Hospitality, Bethune Cookman University for Business, and Oral Roberts University for Business and Divinity. During his studies, he earned the opportunity to work in multiple disciplines for the Walt Disney World Company in Orlando, Florida. He later helped launch a national nonprofit in NJ for inner-city boys. In 2013, Michael moved back to the Continental US from Hawaii to make a positive difference in his hometown of Warren, OH where he founded Game Changers. As Executive Coach, his goal was and continues to be: to create extraordinary leadership platforms that focus on the retention and graduation of high school athletes.

After a decade’s worth of impact, Game Changers has had the amazing opportunity to serve over 4,600 students nationwide. He attributes his foundation to his faith, family, and football. As Game Changers recently celebrated its 10th year, Michael continues to personally invest in helping to mentor and provide leadership to student-athletes in the local community. In as much, Michael has been awarded the distinguished “40 under 40” award for his commitment to service from his alma mater, Bethune-Cookman University; the Game Changer Award from 2Deep Entertainment and the City of Youngstown; and the 2019 Healthy Hero Recipient of the National African American Male Wellness Initiative. Most recently, Mr. Engram championed academics and service by being appointed as Vice President of Events and Engagement at the behest of the Alumni Association | Bethune Cookman University for the state of Ohio. Making an indelible mark in the lives of the next generation, hoping to add value to their futures, is at the heart of his mission!
